Gala Terms and Conditions

• Border Patrol and Government rates apply to Border Patrol and government employees who can provide a .gov or .mil address as well as provide information pertaining to their academy class and EOD. All others, including industry and contractors must register under the “Other” rate
   

• All credit cards are processed at the time of registration.  Charges will appear on your statement as “RGV MWR.”  If you change your credit card after you’ve successfully been charged, you will incur a $50 administration fee
   

• Every person entering the Gala must present his/her registration with the QR code for admittance 
   

• All participants must be 18 years or older and are required to present a valid photo ID at check-in
   

• By registering for the Gala, you consent to MWR’s collection and storage of the data on the registration form
   

• Registration and attendance at, or participation in, National Centennial Gala and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the MWR’s/The Bridge Group's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, or audiotapes of such
   

• Due to the nature of the event, professional photography and/or video recording is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the individual/group that is being photographed/videotaped

• The RGV MWR is hosting this event to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the U.S. Border Patrol.  All personal information gathered for the ticketing process will be used for the event only.  The RGV MWR will not sell or share your information.
